The Association of Dermatology Administrators & Managers (ADAM) is excited to announce the ADAM Leadership Academy and invites you to apply for its Class of 2026.
A Selective Experience: This isn’t training. It’s an immersive leadership experience designed for leaders and emerging leaders who want to make a lasting impact.

Leadership Academy Program Outline
- Six-month virtual cohort-based leadership development program (August - January)
- Includes peer-team connect between sessions
- Culminates in in-person pre-conference workshop experience at the 2026 ADAM Annual Meeting in Chicago, Illinois
Leadership Coaching Team: The Bailey Group
ADAM has partnered with The Bailey Group to provide the ADAM Leadership Academy. The Bailey Group enables leaders and their teams to create healthier workplace cultures, greater personal fulfillment, more meaningful work, better financial results, and improved organizational outcomes.
The Bailey Group’s team of psychologists, executives, and coaches have a wealth of experience across functions and industries. They are uniquely skilled at accelerating and enhancing the success of C-suite and other leaders, as well as high-potential leaders. Because their coaches have been there. TBG employs a research-based, experience-tested, and customized approach to delivering executive coaching, team development, and cohort leadership development services.
Registration Fee: $850
For ADAM members, this registration fee includes your full leadership program curriculum AND your 2026 ADAM Annual Meeting Registration (including Leadership Academy pre-conference workshop session). *Travel expenses not included to and from ADAM Annual Meeting.
By applying for this Leadership Academy, you are committing to attending each session as an engaged participant.
Application Process
Applications will be open until Friday, July 25th.
The selection committee will review all applications the last week of July, and acceptance emails will go out on August 1st with your invoice to pay the full amount of $850 within 10 days. Should payment not be received within 10 days, your spot will be forfeited and will be offered to an applicant on the waiting list.
