Refunds, less a $75 administrative fee, are allowed for cancellations received by ADAM in writing by February 12, 2019.  After that date, no refunds are permitted.

Hotel reservations must be booked no later than January 24, 2019. Rooms canceled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to one night’s room and tax cancellation fee.
